I just finished the first-draft of novel #7.
It has 20 chapters and 146,377 words--not the longest one at all, but definitely long. And definitely better than the previous six. I posted the first chapter in March--so, it's taken me three months and one week to write it. That's pretty quick. I hadn't realized that.
I've had a lot of time to write the past 1.5 years--that time will dwindle come September, I'm sure.
Sometimes I can't believe that I--a girl who never finished stories--have completed the first drafts of seven novels. I credit FictionPress and excited readers that leave comments after each posted chapter. They fuel my writing. I'm very grateful.
I don't have any new story ideas, which is shocking. Maybe now I can focus on editing/publishing. No more excuses.

I just wanted to say that I think you are a fantastic writer. I was just saying to a coworker today that it's seems that authors keep putting the same book out over and over again,(different characters, similar story line) but not with you.
You ideas are fresh and exciting. You can make me laugh so hard in one chapter and bring me near tears in the next. It is my opinion that you will eventually be published, I have no doubt about that.
I just wanted you to know what I was thinking. I envy you, I wanted to be a writer, but I suck at it and I don't have the dicipline to actually complete a story.
Another great story, can't wait for the next, until then I will content myself with reading your others again.

Tatiana Moore, AKA my friend Tanya, I want to thank you for finishing that novel. I was so pumped up when I saw your note on my wall saying it was done. You are honestly one of my favorite authors (and I mean that, I am not just saying that. If I did not love your work, I never would have mentioned it to you when I discovered it). I cannot wait you are published someday, when I can hold one of your books in my hand (I prefer an autographed book- ha ha). I am very proud of you!!!
